Buick Verano electrical issues

I have a 2013 Verano that's been giving me codes for intake air temperature sensor problems. I changed out the mass air flow sensor and it still shows the swame codes. Now the remote start has stopped working and about a few weeks ago the AC wouldn't work. All the lights came on but no air and no fan, a couple miles down the road it went back to working. I'm thinking the ECU needs to be replaced. Anyone else have issues like this?

Isn't there a IAT separate from the MAF?

Every where I looked said it was all incorporated into the Mass air flow
