Verano 2014 Interlink screen blacks out and the car tries not to start

I have read some of the posts concerning the 2013 Verona doing this. Is the 2014 also having this problem? It does not show on any diagnostic. Is the only way to solve it is to change out the screen? The car acts like it has a battery problem but, I replaced the battery last month. The interlink goes black, the lights are low in brightness, and the car won't start. I wait and then it starts.

Bad battery cables or connection could cause similar problem. Has a mechanic tried to determine the cause?
