2018 Enclave Avenir
2018 Enclave Avenir with the bose audio system. The audio system will intermittently provide excessively loud warning chimes (ie. seat belt warning, shifted in park chime, door open chime, etc). Sometimes the chime is a normal volume, sometimes it's excessively loud. Settings in the infotainment system are set to low for chimes.

There is a TSB indicating a loss of turn signal sound or other sound anomalies that are associated with the ANC being exposed to moisture from the HVAC system. The part numbers provided in the TSB do not match. Is this problem caused by a failing AMP or BCM?

The only other issue with the vehicle is the Rear View Camera (UVB) failed and only shows a blue screen with the red camera symbol. Surround-view cameras including the reverse camera work normally.

Amp is GM Part 84503667
BCM is GM Part 13519672

Vehicle has 109K miles.

Did you ever figure this out? I have a similar issue and it’s driving me crazy.

Has anyone found an answer? I’m having this issue and it’s LOUD!!!

The shop just called and after replacing the amp they said the problem was solved.

That seems like a possible logical explanation… I’ve noticed but not confirmed that sometimes the woofer intermittently hits extra hard at low volumes from time to time.

Sounds like an amp thing. The code for the 2015 Lacrosse was B101D31, internal checksum error in amp.
