I am designing a cargo slider, and I need the width of the cargo area please. Thanks!
Thanks for asking. Yes, I do but the width of the cargo area from each side wall (wheel housing) is the dimension I need to enter into CAD. This dimension is the same whether the TourX has cargo rails or not.Do you have the cargo tie down rails?
I'm sure you only intend to make your own, but I'm curious about the details. Will this be like the drawer systems that they make for pick-ups? I had looked for something like that previously and not even a generic option was worthwhileI am designing a cargo slider, and I need the width of the cargo area please. Thanks!
I can share that as soon as someone tells me the width. Seems to be a secret.I'm sure you only intend to make your own, but I'm curious about the details. 😆 I'll try to measure after work today if it's not too lateI can share that as soon as someone tells me the width. Seems to be a secret.
Yes, please, thank you.😆 I'll try to measure after work today if it's not too late
If this works, and being an engineer I have no doubt it will not, I may offer kits for sale.I'm sure you only intend to make your own, but I'm curious about the details. Thank you for telling me that the width is 41 inches, I appreciate that.41"
Not wide enough for a hearse conversion.

Thanks! Yes, your measurements coincide with a diagram I have, sent by another member, and I am very grateful for that.Just measured our TourX - 41" wide interior cargo area looks correct, measured about 79" interior cargo area length w seats folded down and rear hatch closed (height, especially toward rear is a consideration). Thought there woulda been a diagram in the owners manual, had no luck finding one...
