Does anyone know of a tool that can remove the pcv valve without breaking it?

Are you referring to this one ?
From what I heard, the tabs break off when removed and you can retrieve the pieces via the hole. Maybe someone else will chime in to clarify.

That is correct, it can only be broken off when removed. When I did it i Used longer needle nose pliers to pick up the peices and match with each broken tab on the PCV valve to make sure I got them all.

This is a Cheap Tool that can be used to Remove the Hose from the PVC : Fuel Line and A/C Quick Disconnect Tool
I watched a Video on Youtube where the Guy Cut one of these in half, put a Half on each side of the Tube and then
Pushed them both into the Connector on the PVC to Release the Tube.

that tool is for the hose removal not the valve itself

You are correct and I bought that set but it only worked on the other connectors for the smaller vacuum lines (you have to use it on those for sure) but I could not get it to work with the PVC valve. Most likely it was because I am at 92K and the lines were all brittle and cracking.

From that picture, it doesn't look that Brittle.
Maybe I should try mine, I've got over 100,000mi.

Did you try moving the pieces around?
There will be Gaps and the Plastic won't cover the whole tube.
You have to have the Plastic Sleeve over the Releases when pushing them in.

How about how to remove the other 2 held in by the odd looking screw head? Is there a tool for that?

Or showing where they are located at?

To me, it looks like that Bolt was Drilled.
But I don't think it was, just an odd looking bolt.
I found one that looks similar, but the head isn't rounded.

Just wondering why you're trying to remove that Bolt?
I've pointed an Arrow towards the PCV in your photo below.
I reposted the Picture Sam14GS posted earlier in this post showing the PCV.
His picture is from above, the PCV is between two of the Coil Packs.

My understanding is that there are at least 3 PCV valves.
Including the one you show with the arrow.

Thoughs screws are a pain i used a pair of vise grips to get them out and replaced with a ten millimeter bolt

I read somewhere there are four PCV valves on a 15 generation regal 2 L turbo.
A new or remanufactured head comes with all four installed. I believe it’s cheaper to buy and replace the entire head, versus doing each individual PCV valve. I could be wrong though.
