97 Buick Riviera Supercharged

I bought a 97 Buick Riviera SC last week. Test drive was fine. Took it for a drive 2 days later, everything was still fine. Took it out 2 days after and it was shifting hard in 1st and 2nd gear. Drove it to work yesterday it was shifting ok for about 20 minutes and then it was shifting hard again. On the home from work, it was shifting like it should.
This vehicle was very well kept and has 71,000 original miles on it. Transmission fluid is where it should be and looked clean. Any suggestions on what could be happening?

It sounds like you may have the P1811 code stored. Get a transmission scan to confirm. Usually, the Transgo shift kit will solve the problem. The link below may help.
