I have a 2010 Buick Lacrosse CXL AWD 3.0L with 97,495 miles. It had a code P0877 - Transmission Fluid Pressure (TFP) Switch 4 Circuit Low Voltage. This is a known issue with the GM 6T70 transmissions. I repaired the faulty TFP switches using the Sonnax repair kit and used the factory service manual to make sure that everything was torqued properly. The code has been resolved. There is a TSB out there somewhere recommending that the TCM software be updated along with an adaptive relearn. I have a scan tool that can take care of the adaptive relearn, but I don't know if the TCM software was ever updated (update helps resolve harsh garage shifts). Is it possible for someone to run my VIN on tis2web to see if the software updates were already addressed? I want to avoid going to the dealership if I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
