Pretty much the title. I've also replaced the PCV valve & housing assembly that the MAP sensor plugs into and the MAF sensor, since I'm dumb and got the wrong part initially.

I'm getting rough idle and misfires, loss of power while moving due to this code. From what I can tell, the next step would be a wiring issue. A quick once over last night visually, the wiring looks original with the plug end looking fine without a hint of corrosion and the wires entering the harness which all looks original and intact.

Car runs fine when cold, but somewhat intermittently this issue pops up. Ran great for several days after installing the new MAP sensor and until yesterday I thought I had this resolved. This is the 2nd new MAP sensor since I broke one of the retaining tabs and then the 1st new MAP sensor trying to remove it to replace the PCB housing with the tabs. Before I broke it I was still having issues even with the 1st new MAP sensor.

Open to any and all suggestions on what to check/do next. Car only has 148k miles and I'm hoping for another 100k+ before replacing.

why did you replace the map sensor? why did you replace the MAF, when you saw it was the wrong one why did you replace yours?

put the originals back on since you didnt need them. they are better parts. PCV valve is good. how about the spring and the oring that gets stuck in the housing often times?
Checking your vacuum lines and fixing vacuum leaks is a really good start, and sending pictures of your connector and wires to it would help a LOT.

do you own a DVOM?

I replaced the MAP sensor since the P0107 code pointed me to it likely being the issue. The MAF sensor replacement was in error, but was done when the issue was much more intermittent, it was days later that the problem came back after replacing it, so I didn't bother to switch it back. I think I still have the original MAF and know I still have the original MAP.

The PCV valve and housing, spring and o-rings were replaced since I broke the tab on the housing that holds the MAP sensor. The kit I got had all of that so I replaced it all.

I know the two vacuum lines from near the MAF sensor are good since I broke one and had to replace them. I haven't looked at any others as of yet. I can get some photos this evening of the wires and connector. I do have a DVOM and was planning on checking the voltage output on the plug end of the MAP sensor when I have a chance to.

the whole harness is sold new
But could you block your port to the Purge valve and the fuel pressure regulator and then run the car(code deleted) and see if it comes back

itll run a little rough idle but it will be fine

Also check for gas in the FPR vacum line connection, smell for it too
And use your mouth to pull a vacuum on the purge valve while the car is off, you shouldnt be able to pull air through. at idle either but i say off because id hate for you to get a wack of fuel vapor (could unhook vapor line, but its brittle sometimes)

If you replaced the MAF with one of questionable quality you could be injecting more problems into the mix. When it comes to MAFs on 3800 the best choice is the OEM which is Hitachi.
Now I really hope I kept the old one. At least I know right were to look if I did.

If it was a cheap no name unit from Amazon or eBay they usually cause more issues than they solve.😉

Bingo! I replaced mine with a cheap Amazon maf and it made the original issue worse (rough idle on warm starts) I returned the cheap one and bought a Hitachi and the problem was solved.
