A/C no longer lets me set temp - only Low/High

Today, my 2014 LaCrosse suddenly doesn't let me select a specific A/C temperature - instead of showing numbers, it only shows "Low/High".

Doing research, I'm led to believe that this is a case of the blower motor resistor gone bad, and just needing to replace it. Am I in the ballpark here? It's still blowing out cold air, so I have that at least. Thanks!

I am confused here! Are you saying the blower fan is working in all speeds, or you just can't select the temp? Temp selection has nothing to do with the fan speeds.

The blower fan is working. However, it is not allowing me to select a temperature all of a sudden. Where the temperature is normally shown, it is now only showing "Lo/High".

It sounds like the control head is @ fault, not the blower control module.
