2018 issue with front & rear transmission in sync

I'm the only owner of this car & have had it maintained. Recently there is a noise which someone said sounds like the front transmission starts then the rear catches up & they're not in sync. Is this a thing? Is it an easy fix if so? It has low mileage so I'm hoping to keep it a while, it's a great car.

Your car has only one transmission. Recommend you have a Buick dealer or other qualified shop listen/look at it.
