Coolant level sensor 2000 lesabre

I have a new radiator a spectra cu2348 which does not have a coolant sensor port. My car has rpo code UB7 so apparently has a sensor. If I install the radiator and leave the sensor unplugged will it show a light on the dash?

Don't leave the old sensor plugged into the harness. So if plugged in mounted in a radiator or hanging outside and doesn't sense coolant it will light.

So if I leave the sensor unplugged and remove sensor from harness it won't light up but if I leave the sensor plugged in but not in the radiator it will light up?

Correct. My replacement radiator didnt have the low coolant option and I zipped tied the harness off to the side without the sensor. No issues, no light
