Does anyone have the electrical diagram for the dashboard warning lights for a 1994 PA?

I’ve had the alternator warning light occasionally flicker on and off for a couple of days, and today the oil pressure light came on. The oil pressure gauge still indicated three bars though.

Have you tested alternator output when the light flashes?

Nope, I’ve only checked the gauge on the dashboard. The light never stays on for more than maybe 10 seconds, so it’s not enough time to get out of the car to check anything. But today when the oil pressure light came on, despite the gauge telling me that pressure is good, I figured I might have a grounding issue somewhere.

By all means check your battery connections.
When my battery light came on my alternator was only putting out 11 to 11.5 volts. A few days later my failing alternator left me stranded on the side of the road.

I will, but the voltage gauge on the dashboard indicates everything is good, even as the light is on.

If one gauge is wonky, others may be as well.

It looks like something is wrong then. From the look of the digram it shouldn’t be possible for the oil pressure light to come on while the gauge indicates good pressure, unless either the gauge or the solid state relay is broken. I should probably hook an ohm meter up to the cable to measure the resistance over the pressure sender.
