I made a post because I was having a issue with my power trunk and, coincidentally, the Home Link/garage door opener having no power. In my quest to find a wiring schematic here and running into posts with links to a library with non-working passwords, wasting time to sign up to view, I came across this:
Buick Service Manuals
Just click the year and find your model and go through each subject ca ,refully for what you want.
In my case, I needed the trunk relay and the garage door opener wiring diagrams. I found them in short order. From what I see, the common element in both is that the relay for the trunk and the garage door opener is Fuse 4-ALDL.
I am going to check it tomorrow and see if there's power going to the fuse, and see if it's blown. Could it really be that simple? I have been racking my brain, finding one discussion and others on being the driver door module, the body control module, and such. But the fuse, could it really be the issue? Stay tuned. In the meantime, make the URL a sticky so others trying to sort out other issues have this wealth of information!
EDIT: If you type https://charm.li ,you get EVERY service manual for ANY car!

that great best of luck.

Thanks, and yes, the fuse was blown, it is getting power, and a replacement fuse got my trunk popper working again as well as the Home Link module. I hope this helps everyone.

Interesting resource! I was trying to find info on the site for changing the rear air shocks... found the suspension/air pump...etc..
Nothing on the actual air shock... I could be dense... (not the first time 🙄)

Just explore the section, some things are in there, and some aren't, maybe because it's straightforward, cut and dry. In that case a Chilton book or YouTube video is the next choice. For me, it was that elusive fuse that opened the door. Good luck.
