2017 Lacrosse Transmission Fluid Change

Hi everyone.

My 2017 seems to vibrate/ shudder a little bit right at TC lockup between 45-50. If I slightly press the gas around those speeds it kinda vibrates a little. Definitely feels like a TC problem in my opinion. Car is at 40k miles, so im hoping this is just bad original fluid.

I want to try and change the transmission fluid myself, however these 8sp asin warners seem weird. Not your usual drop the pan, measure and fill.

Could someone help me out with the process to drain and fill this transmission and ensure correct level? Ideally id like to do it a few times over a couple weeks to clean it up. Thanks.

Yesterday I did 40k mile service on my Impala doing both an oil & filter change and a trans fluid drain/ refill. I was surprised the Impala had a trans dipstick!
Now that the LaCrosse has rolled by the 40k mark, I’d like to do the same. Any know the drain/ refill capacity? The Impala was 6 qts, but that’s a 6spd vs the 9spd in the Buick
