Need Help

I am looking for a solution to a problem I am having with my 2001 Buick Park Avenue. My key is being blocked when trying to insert in the ignition, and the wheel is locked tight. Anyone have a fix?

I assume you mean the front wheels are "straight" and the steering wheel is locked due to no key in the ignition lock. If so then the tumblers in the key switch are jammed or dropped or your key is worn out and not lifting the tumblers. May be time for a new lock and key set. My 2001 park ave key worn out to almost smooth and wouldnt turn the cylinder anymore before replacement.

put tension on the steering wheel both ways (try both) and try to turn the key at the same time
