2015 buick regal gs not running right

I have a 2015 buick regal gs i want to know if my engine is bad on it oild was black i changed oil and spark plugs and coils but still getting p0300 also getting p0299 and a p0011 car runs really rough when its idle you can heat like a knock under the car then wen i rev to about 4000 rpm and hold it i cant hear it car sputters and don’t accelerate as it should it has a very slow acceleration here is a video i posted of the car sound

Seems silly but low oil or contaminated oil, also low oil pressure can cause this. Did you use the correct kind and amount? Do you have a way to check your oil pressure. Your camshaft position sensor is having signal problems. P0011. Which the above can be a direct cause. The error with the position sensor can cause engine misfires. P0300. If the ecm detects misfires or other PCM related errors it can disable your turbo P0299 causing lack of power and acceleration. Another cause can be intake air leaks or exhaust leaks. It could also be something really bad like a jumped or stretched timing chain. Start with the easy stuff first. What kind of scan tool do you have? Is it bidirectional?

Watch the video i put in description please tell me if i need a new engine and i have a micky mouse scan tool and i will try all these things tomorrow an yes i just bought the car i changed the oil about 2 days ago but wen i changed it it came out pitch black and really thin

Do a compression test to check for broken rings/pistons.
