license plate

Being this vehicle was built in china, the 2”x2” diagram wasn’t much help to install the bracket. Any one have any ideas or a better diagram/instructions?

I accidentally hit the back of a car today (they are okay, no big damage, we are getting that situation taken care of). The only damage on my car was a dented front license plate and the front Buick logo fell off. I couldn't retrieve it due to it landing in the middle of an extremely busy road...

So I got the car from a state that doesn't require front license plate brackets, but my state does. The car has no holes or anything at the front. How would I go about installing a bracket or something so I don't get a ticket? It's a 2005 Buick LaCrosse CXL

I live in Ohio, I am moving to Florida in the next few months. So I won't have a front plate any longer, I was thinking of putting something up front. But I was also wondering how hard it is to remove the bracket. And how bad it would look with nothing there. Has anyone done this before?
