“MyBuick” app not working after upgraded to iPhone 12, I get a grey screen. I’ve deleted app and reloaded but still having same issue. Any suggestion?

“MyBuick” app not working after upgrading to iPhone 12. When attempting to open the app I get a grey screen, i’v deleted the app and reloaded but no change. Any suggestions?
