'00 Regal - Cut Mirror Off, Killed Windows and Stereo, Not a Fuse

Alright, so here's the issue... My girlfriend has a 2000 Buick Regal and the mirror keeps falling off. So, instead of just sticking continuing to stick it back up, she decided to get a different mirror (less heavy). However, since this model has electricity in the mirror (lights on the mirror), she cut the mirror off. Boom -- there it all went... Then, when she turned the car back on, the windows weren't working, the stereo and cigarette lighter is dead, and the interior lights are gone. We checked the interior fuse box on the inside passenger's side door and they're all working fine. We reconnected the wires and the mirror, and nothing works.

What's left to check? Is there some relay or switch we're missing?

When the wires were cut with the power on, it shorted them and blew a fuse.....find the fuse.

That would be maxi fuse #7 located in the under hood (passenger side) fuse/relay panel.

Thank you -- we have checked all of the fuses that would feed to those components and have not yet found it.

Thank you. I checked that, however, the fuse was fine. I checked the rest of the maxis as well. Anything else you can think of besides a fuse? Maybe we just need to check every single one, inside and out.
