18 GS exhaust.

I messaged magnaflow in November and got this back "as of 11/6/18 I do not see a release date for part #19392. that being said, it looks like it is close to being complete, I see that the website has been updated with some specifications for the exhaust" tried to post the screenshot of the email but phone was being dumb lol.

I had messaged them in December and I was also told the same thing.
Hopefully see it soon, I may email again next month for a update lol, I'd be ready to drop the money today if it was out.

Thought I'd post a update on this after waiting about 3 years, Magnaflow took the Regal listing off their site, so no Full aftermarket exhaust system for the GS, what a shame. But apperently you can get something for the Encore!

Have you given any thought to emailing a Holden dealer and seeing if they could ship up a Commodore VXR exhaust? Likely not cheap of course, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Are they actually any different than the GS exhaust?

I wouldn't mind trying to fit the active V6 Camaro exhaust on the GS.

Probably not worth the price, i already have a muffler delete so i doubt it would be worth the $1000+ of having to get one shipped over. I have heard YouTube videos of them and mine is probably still louder lol. I can try and post a video of it but it may not let me.

I'm just going by the video posted earlier in this thread, it certainty sounds meaner, but I guess I've never heard my stock exhaust under similar circumstances so I can't be sure.

Definitely sounds better then our stock ones here, but not louder then mine lol.

Has anyone tried deleting their resonator? I cut out my last Cat and it made a barely noticeable difference... it's just a little deeper at idle. But when i removed my cat before i welded the exhaust system back together I fired up the car and it sounded very aggressive. Probably the best sounding V6 I've ever heard. Thought maybe deleting the resonator would be a happy medium between stock and straight. Just my $.02

Kinda defeats the purpose of having a Luxury sport sedan in my eyes, I want mine louder, not obnoxiously loud like a molded civic.

The VXR probably has a different performance tune in the ECU to go with the exhaust. The suspension tune is different as well. I see they also have a G meter on the graphic display. I wonder if I could get the VXR ECU and exhaust for my GS?
