I need some electrical assistance. I have replaced the headlight switch, checked most contact points, My head light visors open and close fine I have tail lights and dash lights, but my head lights do not turn on. I can hear the relay click after the switch is pulled out to the point the lights should turn on. I have checked all fuses, although from my understanding the system runs on a circuit breaker on the switch and not a fuse. Has anyone run into this issue before. I checked the grounds and everything seems to be okay Does the relay also control power to the head lights or does it only control the visors?. My park lights come on while pulling out the switch to the first point but if pull it out all the way the relay clicks and nothing. I am baffled. I checked to make sure the dimmer switch is plugged in. There is another wire that comes from the dimmer switch that is for the cruisematic control, but I do not have this option. Is this wire suppose to connected elsewhere if the cruisematic option is omitted?

I can feel your pain! When testing the headlight at the wiring/socket, with the headlight switch ON, and the relay made, do you have any power (12-v) to the lights? The relay may click, but may not deliver power to the lights if there is a break in the wires, or corroded terminals/sockets.

Thanks for the reply hotZ28
I was able to solve the problem. it was a combination of Corroded contacts at the headlight wiring harness and both low beam seal beams were burnt out. When I hit the dimmer switch on the high beam the lower seal beams lit up
