1988 Buick Electra Cornering lights not working (Please help)

Hi! I have a 1988 buick electra park avenue, The front cornering lights that light up the curb when you turn the turn signal on is not working. Does anyone have any ideas as to why? The bulbs are still good in the sockets. I checked the fuses and didn't see any bad fuses. Any idea as to what the problem could be?

When the turn siginal is turned ON, check the voltage in the terminal with a DVM or test light. You should have 12v constant. I would suspect that if the bulbs are tested good, and you find 12v in the terminal, the contacts on the bulb are not making full contact with the contacts in the socket.
