Hello, all!
I have been experiencing a very frustrating problem. Despite replacing all of the tail light bulbs, checking all of the fuses, and checking all of the wiring, my tail lights are still not working.
Being a financially-challenged 24-year-old female graduate student... I have very little knowledge/resources to figure this out and I am quite desperate, hence the new account and new thread. Very much appreciate all of your time!
I have a trusted mechanic friend of mine I'm who has been helping me out with checking everything out to get me to this point. His specialization is in German vehicles though, so after going through all of these motions he is at a loss of what to do, except to perhaps replace the switch on the dash.
I will take a picture of my dash soon because couldn't find one exactly like it online. Here is a picture I found of the same switches, though mine are stacked vertically, not side by side.

Any idea how to remove the driver's side of a 1991 Buick Century dash in order to replace the light switch?
Any idea where to find replacement light switches?
Any other ideas of what could be wrong?
(Some side notes to give more context: Turning signals work but do not blink; Dashboard lights do not work even after playing with dimmer dial on the left; Headlights and brake lights work.)
Thanks so much for your time!
Take care!
