-New fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator; fuel injectors.
-Fuel pressure is completely fine
-Gas is in OK shape
-Car cranks, fires, cough and stalls
-ECU and electronics appear to be completely working order (ECU is new)
-Spark plugs are OK and wires are in correctly; spark at all terminals

I need some help here. The car will crank, fire, and almost catch but stall out. After a few minutes of cranking and trying to get it to catch, the car seemed to hydrolock with fuel, so I stopped cranking it and checked the oil to find a pint or so of fuel in the crankcase, diluting the oil. Obviously I'll have to change the oil, but what's causing this problem?

Wow, you must have a bad fuel regulator leaking fuel into the combustion chambers. If you remove the vacuum line from the FP sensor, do you see any any signs of raw fuel? China made FPR are not the the best choice. What did you replace the FPR with?

How many miles? The first generation injectors are don't have the best durability. Sounds like one or more potentially leaking terribly.
