1995 buick regal wiring problems

i have a 1995 buick regal limited and i was hoping if somebody had the wiring schematics or diagrams for the engine bay. our ECM fuse keeps blowing and the fuel pump continues to run after you shut it off, and right now the second you put in a new fuse it sparks and blows even if the car is off

i think you should take it to the mechanic so they can figure out what is really wrong.

Have you checked the fuel pump relay? If the relay is bad and stays closed, it would run continuously.
