1996 Roadmaster wagon
Aloha from Hawaii,

I was raised in Michigan, and there's nothing like an American V-8..... especially the Corvette motor in this vehicle!!!
I need help finding some parts for a 1996 Roadmaster... solid as a tank of course, rusty 'cuz it came from Indiana...the local mechanics looked up for a few replacement parts and told no longer in production.... here's what I need...

Driver' s front door exterior handle assembly
Headlight and dashboard dimmer switch assembly
Passenger rear door interior electric window motor assembly....
I'm not sure if these are the right terms...

Also - I bottomed out on a rutted, dirt road a few months back, probably bottomed-out and broke a rusted steel brake line... the ABS check light came on, and the fluid slowly leaked away......
Now the brakes are repaired but we cannot reset the ABS warning light - any ideas? Hawaii requires a yearly safety check, and if ABS light is on, I fail. If I fail I cannot renew registration - ideas are welcome!

This car is definitely a cruiser, heavy, just like Detroit!!!

You can try car-parts.com but due to your location unless you want to pay shipping from the 48 states not too promising.

Hi, ABS - disconnect battery for 15 min and get a scanner OBD to clear the code, after checking the fuse. Maybe the fuse went when the line broke ? On my first RMW, the insulation on the wire was nicked. CLeaning that up and ABS worked, the dealer (as it was 1999) wanted 1200 for a new ABS module...and I am sure they would have done the job, had I not found the wiring issue. -- then check youtube on Reset ABS light....that might have some more ideas. I have another 94 and it's a disaster.
