1996 Lesabre grinding sound...or is it??!

Good evening all,

My 96 Lesabre has been making a weird sound that seems to be coming from the gas pedal area. It makes a sort of grinding sound when I go from a complete stop (like at a red light) and begin to drive. It will make the grinding like sound (maybe not grinding) but the sound is strange. If it begans to make the sound and I take my foot off the gas it will stop. It seems like something is moving near the gas pedal when I hear the sound. I have taken it to the Buick Dealership and of course it wont make the sound when im there 😕. I hope that someone out here has been through what I am going through and knows the cure to this problem! I just changed the brakes in the last year and it doesnt seem like a brake problem seeing that I can feel something moving in the area of my gas pedal when I hear the sound. Again, it sounds like grinding/strange noise.

If you are in the rust belt make sure your body mounts aren't disintegrated and falling apart. It could be a motor mount if the car was beat on but it's pretty rare on these cars.
