I purchashed MOOG Front Lower Control Arms for my 1997 LeSabre.
There is one Rubber Bushing pressed into the control arm and the other is a Full Length STEEL SLEEVE that is WELDED to Control Arm.
I have GM Factory Shop Manual GMP/97-H-1 SECTION 3C-4
Drawing shows Rear Bushing Pressed and Shell is "Flared" into Control Arm and Full Length STEEL SLEEVE that is WELDED to Control Arm.
However, diagram shows frame gussetts for a Rubber Bushing with Shell to be installed into frame.
This cannot happen as new control arm has Full Length STEEL SLEEVE that is WELDED to Control Arm Pressed through the width of control arm.
Also, in Section 3C-8 , there is illustration for replacing the FRAME MOUNTED BUSHING
I searched You Tube and there is no videos or photos.
If you look on ebay or Rock Auto , you can see what I am inquiring about.
Anyone with experience in replacing front lower control arms ?
