- 1999 buick regal
so i bought a 1999 buick regal was hyrdo locked and anitfreeze in oil. i replaced everything on top end all gaskets and plenium new plugs. runs good but has some issues. when you go to start the car sometimes it cranks for a while like has hard starting other times it fires right up but more often then not it has hard starting. also when you turn it off the cluster and lights stay on sometimes till you wiggle ignition dash a lights will go off. some codes that came on scanner were p0650 c1245 b0608 u1016 u1255. also get p0206 sometime. car will be running and driving fine shut it off and start it again and has a hard start and get the injector code. have replaced the ecm and got it reprogrammed could a bad ignition control modual be causing all these problem? im lost not sure where to go with it
