when is it saying 12.6

After rolling down driver window which rolls down slowly (needs some friction reduction). Also sat at 12.8 while at idle at that some drive through. Ended up staying at 13 rest of trip.

that window is actually unrelated to your juice thing. well, the motor is loading the alternator because its struggling. there are clips that hold the window to the regulator, and they wear out, and then the window basically binds/resists the entire trip my car it cant go up all the way without help. it also wiggles a lot lol.
sounds like your car is working ok but the window clips need replace
