2000 Lesabre Custom
I recently purchase a 2000 Lesabre Custom. 38K original miles. On the drive home I realized it needed front wheel bearings and an alignment. Also had a pretty bad shimmy. Body and interior was pretty nice but very dirty. Cleaned up really nice, I replace the bearings, put four new tires on and had an alignment. Now it drives beautifully. This Lesabre has absolutely no added options.(Bummer) I couldn't pass up the low mileage and fortunately, quite a bit of nice stuff comes standard on these cars. Would have liked the driver info, gauges and audio steering control tho. I'm into it for about $4,300 with repairs. The color is Titanium Blue Metalic. I know the paint code is on the spare tire cover but it must have gotten damp because the printing on the sticker s gone. I can't find the code for this color on any of the paint sites and they will not respond to my e-mail questions. Any help with the code would be much appreciated. I'm really liking this Buick and could make it look almost perfect if I touch up a few scaps and scratches, Please help if you happen to have one this color.

It appears that there were about five different versions of "Blue" in 2000. Click Here for more info.

Thanks for the link. Couldn't find Titanium Blue Metalic. I know that's the name of the color because I have the original window sticker from when the car was new. Am I missing somethng here? Would it be listed as a different color on the link? The medium bliue is the closest match by my eyes,

Any GM parts department will give you the paint color code if you tell them the last 8 of your VIN.
They want to sell you a bottle of touch up...
They printed out a list of my RPO codes too.

Thanks for the replies. The VIN site worked and I found out that the color was Medium Blue Metalic. I guess they use different names for the same colors.

Any chance you (or anyone) could post a pic of that color. I drive daily by a light blue one that is beautiful! No for sale signs on it. :headbang:

Thanks, thats exactly what it looks like, but the car I'm talking about is mint, and the paint looks too new for a 2000. So either that car is outrageously well kept, or it's a slight variant because that color only went to 2002.

It looks like I'm in for some more sleuthing, just hope the Police don't drive by at that time! Maybe even leave some new LaCrosse brochures with my number to unload his Buick.

I attached a couple pictures of mine.
OK, that looks like it, but this guy has different wheels without whitewalls. It's amazing how well preserved it is, so that now, after looking into reliably issues, makes a 2000 becomes my target!

Btw, what photo service did you use? If you don't mind me asking.
