2000 Limited Inst cluster lights not working

The only thing that lights up at night on the dash are the speedometer and the radio. I couldn't find a good diagram of the fuse boxes to find where the fuses were. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you fix it? Also do you know which fuses I should look at? I pulled a #7 fuse that ended up being good and was just a spare fuse.

My 2005 was doing similar. Turned out that the incandescent bulbs, which are soldered to the board, were almost all burned out. I replaced them with green LEDs. It was not fun!

Darn I was hoping it was a fuse. Do you know which fuse to check?

If the speedometer lights up then its not a fuse. Other bulbs on the board are burnt out or the board is bad.
