2001 Buick Regal LS Radio Problem

The only sound coming from the speakers is high pitch tweeter sound.. unless its sunny and hot outside then the rear two speakers will pop in and they sound great. The front two regular speakers (not the tweeters) i have never heard sound come from them.
I have tried swaping relays, electrical connector cleaner on fuse block everything i can think of including checking all speaker connections.
I have replaced all fuses and the monsoon radio itself

Like i said it works sometimes 95%of the times its sunny and hot

This is a very annoying electrical problem that is going on a year attempt to fix any suggestions are helpful

Update to my last post i havent stopped meessing with this radio problem ... it turns out every speaker in the car is actually blown. I realized that when only the tweeter sound is playing from the speakers if i manualy push on the cone of the speakers they pop in.. sounding like regular speakers i guess when it was sunny it heated up the speakers in the trunk and its an ohm issue... took me a year to figure this out. (First time ive ever heard the radio.at night) .Any suggestions on after market speakers that i wont have trouble with?
