How do I remove the dash on 2001 century to access the cluster. I don't want to break anything. Thanks

TW I dont know that model car persay but alot of cars you can remove the cluster by removing the trim around it and then have access to it. Some times youll need to lower the steering column too to pull it out. Its a rare beast to have to pull the whole dash for that but I could be wrong.

Remove the fuse box coer on the passenger side, and then the cover on the driver's side. Remove the 2 7mm headed trim screw securing the trim to the dash. Open the glove box. Remove the trim around the radio and HVAC control head-2 7mm trim screws on the the bottom. Remove the knee bolster, the big trim piece under the steering column that has the hood release lever on it-2 7mm screws that will be seen once the insulator is removed. Now, you can remove the trim panel that surrounds the cluster. Once that is out, there are 4 7mm screws securing the cluster to the dash. Its as simple as that.

Many thanks Mr. B. I'll give it a try when the weather gets a little warmer.
