Brakes went on me, from one stop sign where it was working to the next when it was hardly anything.
I have probably 10 or 20% breaking.

I don't see any leaking anywhere, also the reservoir is full.

Anything that might be electrical, or a hose?

I noticed on the reservoir there's a wire that goes up to it not sure what that is or what it does.
In any case the question is if you're not leaking fluid what else would cause the pedal to go down all the way and hardly break it all.

Are they harder to apply than before? If so, check the booster's vacuum hose (both ends), as well as the booster itself.

Normal feel but still don't stop? See if one or more pads somehow became dislodged or the friction material is gone.

With the engine running and in park does the pedal slowly go to the floor? Possibly a bad master cylinder.
A common problem is rusty lines and/or leaking hoses. confirm there are no leaks while pressing the pedal down for a few minutes and checking under the car.

Do you have an ABS light ON in the DIC? If so, get the ABS system scanned for codes.

If you have checked for leaks, ruptured lines, etc., known issue on Lesabres causing similar symptoms is the ABS control box down by the front engine mount, gold box with lots of brake line connections going into to it. These can fail internally and cause almost complete loss of braking power.
