I want to put 20 inch rims on my 2004 Buick Lesabre, but I am not sure of The tire readings and e.t.c
Can someone please assist me with this matter ?

The largest tire the factory offered was 225/60x16.
Looking at Tirerack tires the closest to the same diameter, 225/40x20, only runflats.
In 225/35x20 you have 11 choices, but
unfortunately the largest wheel listed is 18".
Your car was never designed to work with 20" wheels, so look at the 18" on Tirerack.

You need to consider the overall diameter of the tire. It will most likely be larger than what was stock and will throw off your speedometer. You will have to run a very low profile tire which will greatly compromise ride quality. Those are just two of the issues you will have to deal with. There will be more issues such as reduced turning radius and increased unsprung weight. You will sacrifice a lot just for the sake of "bling bling". Do you really want to open this potential "can of worms"? 😳
