2005 Ultra wipers not spitting out fluid

I have a 2005 Ultra and the wipers fluid is not coming out. Feels like there is pressure in the line by the wiper blade. I was below freezing yesterday, but up to 38 today and all the snow melted.

Make sure the fluid is rated for the temps. I had mine freeze on me last week so I switched from summer to winter blend.

When I lived in central Minnesota, all the winter washer fluids were rated @ 0-deg, but the system would freeze when it went down to -20-deg. I put about 8-oz of 70% rubbing alcohol in the tank along with the winter blend & never had a frozen washer system again.
