2007 Buick LaCrosse CXL DIC problem

I am having an issue with my 2007 LaCrosse CXL DIC, driver information center. It is not displaying any information, such as the mileage, outside temp, ect. The display itself seems to be working because it clearly tells me when the "Door is ajar" or when "headlamps suggested". A few months ago I did notice the display not working when driving, but it came back on either while driving or the next time i turn car back on. Now it is just done, been like 2 weeks now. Does anyone know what it can be? perhaps a loose connection.
