2007 Buick Lacrosse Radio Not Working

So heres what happened..
I had to change the plastic elbows where the water pump feeds into the block. I went back with aluminum and theirs no more coolant leaking. I also did a tune up during this time and disconnected the battery for a full day (with no jumper wire to the ecm/ecu) After I finished everything I hooked the battery back up and now I have no radio or a door chime. I did the temporary radio reset a few times just to listen to the radio and now it wont display anything nor will it reset. Dealership wants $150 to diagnose it. Anyone know of a fix please??

I'd replace the fuse and see if that helped anything. It may be your issue.

Thanks for the reply, no codes showing and ive replaced the radio fuse as well as checked all of the other fuses. If I hit 'Display' on the radio the time will show up and I can eject the cd. Car runs fine. I've noticed the security light on the dash is no longer flashing when locked.

I'm going to recheck the fuses today. Any particular fuses I should look at?

**UPDATE**
Problem fixed.
Solution: On the battery, I unplugged the negative wire and then unplugged the positive wire. I let it sit for 4 hours. I plugged in the postive and then the negative.
Radio works, door chime sounds again, and also my remote start works again as well.

I changed my fuse, fixed it for a few days... now; I pull the fuse for 10 minutes and it resets the radio and it works... for either a day or a week, then lights go out again and or eventually stops working... not sure what the real issue is....?
