Hi all,

I recently inherited this car, and have been working on upgrading the lights since it's tough for me to see at night, especially without my glasses.

I managed to do the headlights with the going in through the wheel well trick, and I also went ahead and did some of the tail lights with LEDs.

But I wanted to also put in LED cornering lights (since the LED reverse lights are so great,) but I can not find any videos online, and can't for the life of me find the sockets through the wheel wells after feeling around for 10 minutes.

Has anyone tried replacing these on their own? Not trying to spend 100 bucks at a mechanic, especially after going through all the effort to change the headlights when they could have done all of the lights at once!

Thanks for the help

You have to go through the fender. Easiest way is to take off the tire, and unbutton the plastic rivets holding the fender liner in place. It's a horrible job, and there is really no reason to do it. Those bulbs are incandescent, but they only get used when you're turning at night, so they should last the life of the car. I did a complete description of this, just search for "light bulbs" on this forum.
