2008 lacrosse super 170k miles, worth to buy?

Hello lacrosse owners, saw a guy selling a 170k miles 2008 lacrosse super on craigslist. Owned a 2006 caddy srx v8 before and like the north star engine. Really like the v8 5.3 but worried about the very high miles. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

How did it go? Was it worth the money? Did it break down right away? Curious cause I found a 07 with 111K miles on it, but it runs smooth for the most part...
