My 2009 Buick Enclave has ran well, last night I went to go out to the store and my car wouldn’t start. On the little screen it came up saying “service battery charging system” then “Service Traction Control” and then “Service Stabilitrak”

I ended up trying it again this morning and now it only says “Service Battery Charging System” then it says “Battery Saver Active” and won’t start.

Anyone have this before? I literally JUST got 4 new tires which costed me an arm and a leg.. and now this. I’m off work cause of covid and now everything wants to go to sh

Depending on the age of the battery it may be a place to start. Because of weather conditions it can also take a toll on batteries if dated or have a bad cell. Has jumping the vehicle been tried yet?

While it could be the cables need to be cleaned, charging system tested, battery load tested not much more than a guess until something gets checked.

An unused car needs to be driven once or twice a week at least to the point where heat is coming through the vents for 15 minutes, otherwise the negative battery cable should be unfastened and secured away from its connection (except on certain newer models, certainly Mercedes for example, which will then require an expensive dealership reprogramming if it "forgets" important information), or the battery put on a trickle tender.
