As the title states, just after replacing a 30 month Delco battery, I noticed that my compass display on the dash was showing two horizontal bars "--". Then I discovered that my Bluetooth wasn't working and showed as "unavailable" when I went into the configuration menu. Lastly, the GPS displayed a red line through the letters GPS on the screen (though oddl, it still worked for a few days). After researching, I opted to order a replacement Bluetooth antenna which is located on the communications module which itself is located under the rear package deck (aka the flat space behind your rear seat and the rear window). You can access this module from inside the trunk by popping off the black retaining plugs and pulling the carpet shell down enough to see the module suspended from the package shelf. I read on a Cadillac forum that there can be a problem with the wires within the block connectors losing contact so, I unplugged the two block connectors, the two antenna leads and the Bluetooth module. I then put them all back in place and then rechecked for the issues. Magically, everything works again. I'll be returning the BT antenna to Amazon. It was under $20 so worth ordering. I hope this helps others as I had to search far and wide just to figure out where this module was located let alone how to get to it.
