2011 Buick LaCrosse AWD in snow?

So it’s going to be a really bad snowstorm tomorrow thru Thursday and I still need to go to work. You think I should drive my 2011 Buick LaCrosse AWD? Or take public transportation? Will it be slipping and sliding? Any tips on driving in the snow with the Buick LaCrosse? I’ve had a 2010 Toyota RAV4 and I drove her through a storm.

I have a 2013 AWD and it does great in snow, however, I would not drive it if the snow is deep and the body of the car doesn't have enough clearance over the snow. It sits lower than a RAV4. The RAV4 has narrow tires and higher clearance.
