2012 Verano Infotainment Problem

Hi everyone. Since the mid winter, my Infotainment System has a certain issue and I can’t figure it out. The system shit down and restart by itself, but not everytime. Can go few days without it happening, but can happen weeks long too. I would love to fix that, I can’t live without music in my car. I don’t have the navigation. It’s the plain Intellilink audio system with XM, Blutooth, Aux and all. Thanks

It's either an exterior connection or something inside the unit. Start by removing it and checking all the connections.
