Is there any future of providing full map navigation to the 2013 Buick Lacrosse Infotainment system? Turn-by-turn sux with Onstar...and the 2014 Lacrosse has the same radio with native maps...

Take it to the dealership for system updates for the intellilink. I just recently had 6 systems updates for my 2013 Lacrosse.

I called my dealer, who told me to contact Onstar, who then connected me with GM Infotainment support.... Who told me it is not possible... Wtf? If someone from Buick is reading this, help me please.

Sorry. I read your thread wrong. You currently want navigation to your system. You would have to replace your radio unit with one that has navigation. There are you tube videos on models with no lcd screen having their radio unit replaces with lcd screen and navigation.

That is the thing, I have the infotainment 7" LCD that has turn-by-turn directions. It is a mirror image of the unit with native navigation. It should just be a software update.

It's not. The hardware is different, and the 2014 has a different part number.

Navigation has always been a different RPO with different hardware. You'd need memory for the map software.
