For some reason, the navigation does not give me any of the address I need, unless I use manual entry. I use the voice command, and say Navigation, then Address, then say "1234 Acme Boulevard, Houston, TX" and the Nav responds back with choice that completely ignore the street number and name, and instead gives me a city either in my state or even many states over. I tried various addresses, to no avail. Is there something in setting that I am missing or is there a different way of doing it? I even used the Help command, and the example given is exactly how I say the address, but it does not work. Any ideas? Thank you.

I have given up a long time ago to get the voice-activated navigation to work properly. As a matter of fact, all the voice-activated commands are a real pain to execute. Even the phone works so-so...... unless you use simple commands like : call home or call John and even then.
The IntelliLink system needs a lot of work and GM should get serious about it.

i agree with rgt50wood. voice commands are worthless; you can try pushing for 3 seconds the voice command button and then Siri o Cortana will appear, then simply ask your phone for directions.
