Hi everyone,
I recently bought a 2019 Buick Encore with 76,000 miles on it, and I’m not sure if some of the behavior I’m noticing is normal. I’d appreciate any input from those more experienced with this model.
Thanks in advance for your help!

- When the car is in Drive, it doesn’t “creep” forward like most automatics. Instead, it just sits still, and sometimes even rolls backward if I’m on a slight incline. Is that typical for this vehicle?
- While driving, I’ve noticed that the car sometimes jerks a bit during gear shifts — not always, but occasionally. Is this something to be concerned about?
Thanks in advance for your help!
