Hello everyone. Hope all are well. I just bought a 2022 Enclave with 38k miles. I've noticed hard down shifting and a slight hard shift between 1st to 2nd gear. Since the vehicle is still under factory drivetrain and engine warranty, I took it to a local GMC/ BUICK dealer for diagnostic tests. They installed a new converter and pump. Cleaned out valve body and new fluids. Thank God no expense to me. Noticed a better downshift and upshift when driving however, it's been about 3 to 4 weeks since the repairs still noticing shifting is still not smooth. When in gear and going about 20 miles an hour, when slightly touching the accelerator there's a slight slip. I thinking about adding a synthetic transmission additive before going back to the dealer. My question is are these transmissions known for this problem? and what is the best additive to hopefully make it a smoother shifting through the gears. Thank you for all who respond to my thread
