2022 Envision Ventilated Seats Weak

Hello,

I have a 2022 Envision Avenir with ventilated seats. The ventilation is very weak. When I put tissue paper on the seat and the back, it barely holds the paper. I understand it draws in air to help cool. When I bought it used at the dealership they agreed that it was weak but the shop took a Quick Look and didn’t see any problems. Has anyone had a dealership look at their weak ventilated seats and got answers or any resolution? The dealerships don’t seem to have a lot of knowledge on the detailed workings of the ventilated seats.
